Shipping policy

 

We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Here’s how our shipping works:

🚚 Carriers We Use

  • Australia Post
  • Sendle
  • StarTrack
  • Local couriers (depending on your location)

📦 Dispatch Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched the same or next business day.
  • We do our best to ship same-day, but this is not guaranteed.

⏱️ Delivery Time

  • Most deliveries arrive within 1–8 business days, depending on location and carrier.
  • If you select a specific carrier at checkout, please check their website for the most up-to-date timeframes.

🏠 Authority to Leave (ATL), PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

  • All orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) by default. This means the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address.
  • Some products may not allow ATL. In these cases, someone must be available to receive the parcel. Redelivery fees may apply if a second attempt is required.

📬 Lost or Missing Parcels

  • Once a parcel is marked delivered by the carrier (including ATL/Parcel Locker), Aussie Foot Care is not responsible for loss or theft.
  • Please contact the carrier directly for investigation and assistance.

💥 Damaged Goods

  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, do not accept delivery and ask the driver to mark it as damaged.
  • If already received, contact us promptly with photos so we can help.

📦 Multiple Shipments

  • Your order may ship from different warehouses. If so, you’ll receive separate tracking for each parcel.

💲 Shipping Costs

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and parcel size.
  • We subsidise part of the cost to keep shipping affordable.
