Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

⏱️ Warranty Coverage

  • Unless stated otherwise on the product page, our products include a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • This covers defects such as faulty stitching, broken fasteners, or material faults.

🚫 Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Damage from misuse, improper care, alteration, or storage.
  • Hygiene-related products returned used or soiled.
  • Change of mind or wrong purchase.
  • Items outside the stated warranty period.

🛠️ How to Make a Claim

  • Email sales@aussiefootcare.com.au with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue.
  • Please wait for approval and instructions before sending anything back. Unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
  • We’ll assess your claim promptly and let you know whether a replacement, or refund applies.

📦 Shipping for Warranty

  • If a return assessment is required, we’ll provide the return instructions. Unless otherwise required by law, return postage is at the customer’s cost.
  • If your warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost to send the repaired or replacement item back to you.

✅ Fair Use & ACL Rights

  • We keep the process simple and fair—if it’s a genuine defect, we’ll make it right.
  • Your rights under the ACL apply in addition to this policy.
